Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Site Maple Way workshop seats, clinics, private group days, thermal assessments, and on-site cleaning visits. It does not cover retail merchandise or subscription software—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Paid deposits and balances for confirmed bookings may be refunded according to the timelines below when you cancel in writing (email to info@sitemapleway.click). Verbal-only cancellations are not sufficient.

Workshop & clinic seats

• 14 or more days before the session: full refund of deposit and any prepaid balance.
• 7–13 days: 50% of fees paid refunded; remainder retained for reserved materials and seat hold.
• Fewer than 7 days or no-show: non-refundable, except when we cancel the session or the lab closes for weather or safety.

Assessments & on-site visits

Visits cancelled 5 or more days ahead receive a full refund of amounts paid. Inside 5 days we refund 50% unless we can fill the window with another client, in which case we refund in full minus any non-recoverable travel already purchased with your approval.

Work already started

If an on-site clean has begun, fees for completed shelves are due; unused scheduled hours may be partially refunded at our discretion after deducting materials opened for your site.

Purchased materials

Lab-supplied PPE and solvents included in tuition are not separately refundable. Fans or paste you asked us to procure for an on-site visit are non-refundable once ordered, unless the supplier accepts a return.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the original date, subject to seat availability. Additional reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the timelines above.

Deposits

The standard 30% workshop deposit secures your seat and is applied to the balance due on the morning of class. Deposit handling follows the refund percentages in this policy.

Our cancellations

If Site Maple Way cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. Weather closures that we initiate follow the same choice.

Refund method & timing

Refunds return via the original bank transfer route within 10 business days after we confirm eligibility. Processing times at your bank may add several days.
